So today is the day, well, really tomorrow is Jillian's 8th birthday- but festivities begin today. And she's had these plans laid out for quite some time. They go like this....
"Ann Marie comes over and we go to Splatters and paint something really cool! Then we come home with Ann Marie and have pizza, go in the hot tub, watch Freaky Friday, AND THEN Ann Marie has a sleepover with me and we have so much fun! Then in the morning we go to IHOP because it is my favorite favorite place that makes big smileyface pancakes."
Jillian has definite plans for things, and sometimes these plans are do-able.
Here's to the start of your birthday celebrations- I love you, Jillian!
ps. No, you may NOT have a Galapagos Island Turtle for a pet to roam free in the backyard. Sorry, toots.

Happy Birthday Jillian! Wow 8, I'm tearing up and you're not even my daughter! (what is wrong with me...don't answer that) A Galapagos turtle would be pretty cool, come on mom please?
